LET'S KICK SEXUAL HARASSMENT OUT OF TOWN.

This country is worse off in protecting the girl child from sexual intimidation of all sorts. A girl who is a victim of forced sex will be stigmatized, shamed and bullied into allowing it to slide and the culprit is let off the hook. Some "policemen" will kukuma tell you that you enjoyed it. ...tufiakwa! Visiting some market places in Nigeria is a nightmare, for young ladies, the men there will be rubbing your shoulders, your arms, even smack your ass. ..and they will tell you, "na you go marry yourself? Or your body na gold?”. They are just lost. All of them. Most of them were told by their village head that women everywhere are their properties. Even those elderly shameless men on the street spanking the butts of grown women. It's been different for some of us. Growing up I remember walking by mom in the market any slight touch I have started screaming! Lolz.and making a tiny scene. It helped. Now I avoid! And will just tell them, "my husband will not like it! What if it's their wife!!!😕 An advice for younger girls: don't get embarrassed, get vocal! If you feel sexually manhandled, Report it as it is! "He touched my breast!". "He rubbed my butt/ bum bum!". "stop touching me like that! ”. Etc. It helps a lot. If you have had experiences of this sort and know ways to curb it. Do share. Let's kick sexual harassment of all sorts out of town.
