RAPE!!! "The accused person put his Penis inside my Private Part." 15 years old girl!

Where a male without the full consent of a woman, penetrates her.(Inserting his penis into her vagina. Rape is committed. It is a Crime in Nigeria that is punishable under the Law. It is agreeably also, a seriously wicked act. It is better to woo a woman and she willingly consents to doing this act, than forcing a lady into it, admist struggling and screaming. Though there are some ladies who come out to say their consent were not given which may not be true. Those ones should be exposed too. Young ladies who have just entered their puberty stage, (10 to 14years) more or less have been seen more to be victims of rape, though "every age"can be raped. I have also heard that guys too have been raped by females. I have heard and seen some young girls, who had however fallen into the hands of males who are physically stronger than them, and who successfully penetrate them with little or no effort. Some of these males unfortunately, are armed robbers who visited in the night and ended up raping these girls, or may be a close relative living and sleeping in the same house with these girls. Another set of these Rapist are those males living around the streets with these girls, who may see these girls around and instead of wooing the girls like a gentleman will, decide to deceitfully lay an ambush and get the girl to a corner. Parents and guardian should know that, it is a dangerous venture to have your children outside the home when darkness has fallen, especially for the girls as relating to this issue. It is also wise to know who is coming around your girl child often in the name of male friend, and to advice the young ladies about the dangers of "boyfriends" in their teenage age and how to avoid unfortunate tales. The issue of indecent dressing by the ladies have been pointed to by some men as the reason for rape. I may say that it is not a justifiable reason to violently have sex with a young teenage girl or any lady at all, but I will advise that decency in wearing clothes may help reduce rape. Parents should monitor the dressing of their girls, clothes showing some parts of the breast, high thighs, transparent night gown should not be worn in front of the males. Those ladies in higher institutions living in campuses should be careful how they expose themselves. It is a precaution. It is better to err on the side of caution. Prevention is better than cure. The evil with rape is numerous, and it has sickening results, like psychological/ Emotional injury, which may lead to depression, ie. extreme sadness, and this makes one to want to kill one's self. I heard about some suicide cases in India as a result of rape and to avoid shame, that those society inflict, instead of care and sympathy. Rape leads to unwanted pregnancy,a pregnancy that a lady has not prepared for, that she has no intention of carrying in the first instance, she may be a school student whose education will be affected by this. Rape most times is done without protection, and the risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases is extremely high, and these diseases are deadly, especially AIDS. Rape is a serious issue and should be treated as such. No less. Let us not close our eyes to this devious crime, let's us Speak against and work against it, report the perpetrators of these evil act, and see that justice be done. However I doubt the kind of sufficient Justice that we as human can give a Lady who has been raped!
